Record high inventory of “homes available” is the reality across the United States and there is no clear end in sight. We can spend time looking at the trends, analyzing our volatile economy, interest rates and the lending market, determining whether we are in a recession or depression, what effect the election is going to have, and we will be no closer to having any control on whether our house gets sold. Sales are dependent on lots of things out of our control. It is a buyers market, with so many homes available how are you going to put your’s out in front, a step above, with minimal expenditures?
